We will keep you up to date of when your order is on its way and our carrier will send you a text/email on the day of delivery so you know when to expect your order. If you had to pop out or are unable to accept the delivery, don’t worry our carrier will leave a calling card or send an email/text to let you know that they have tried to deliver. Alternatively the carrier may leave your delivery with a neighbour or in a safe place on your property.

Be prepared for your delivery
For the two-man delivery of large items, we advise that you provide sufficient floor coverings to allow our team to deliver to your room of choice. Where possible, please make sure that stairways, hallways, door frames/access points and your room of choice are clear and measured prior to delivery, to ensure that your furniture will fit in your chosen room. Alternatively the carrier may leave your delivery with a neighbour or in a safe place on your property, where appropriate.
*Large item delivery services are only available in the mainland UK and Northern Ireland.

Extended Returns for Christmas
We've extended our usual limit for returns. Any purchases made online or in store between 14th October and 24th December 2024 can be returned up until 26th January 2025. As usual, items must be unused and in a re-saleable condition. For purchases made from 25th December onwards, our normal refund policy will apply.
Regular Returns Policy
We hope you are happy with everything you buy from Mamas & Papas. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a 30-calendar day returns policy. You can return any unused item for a refund or exchange as long as they’re in a re-saleable condition, in their original packaging with tags still attached. This excludes items that have been personalised for you, toiletries, underwear, swimwear, opened mattresses, refurbished items and clearance items marked with a red dot.
You can return unused items to any of our stores, no matter if you bought it online. Alternatively, you can return your items to our Support Centre:

Or we can arrange for our recommended courier to collect your items at a charge of £40. To arrange a collection please call our Customer Care team. No return charges will be incurred if a product has arrived damaged or faulty.
