Can I use my Gift Card as part payment for an order of a larger value?
Yes, you are welcome to use your Gift Card to part-pay for a purchase of a larger value. Simply input the Gift Card details on the payment screen and you'll be shown your outstanding balance, which can be paid by card. In our stores, you'll also have the option to pay by cash.
Can I use my Gift Card with a promo card?
Yes you can use a brought Gift Card with a promotion gift card. However you are only allowed to use 1 promotion gift card per order.
Can I top up my Gift Card?
We are unable to top up existing Gift Cards but you can always purchase additional Gift Cards.
How long does it take to receive my Gift Card?
Gift Cards bought online will be sent to your email once the payment has cleared, which is normally within 48 hours. If you have not received your Gift Card after 48 hours, please get in touch with our Customer Care team.
How do I return items bought with a Gift Card?
To return items bought in store, present the item with your original receipt in one of our stores and you'll be given a Gift Card of the correct value.
To return items bought online, follow the normal returns process. The refund will then be given on a new Gift Card.
How do I use my Gift Card?
You can use your Gift Card online, over the phone or in store. If shopping online, add products to your basket as usual and proceed to checkout. You will then be asked to enter the card number and security code. Your order will then automatically update with credit to the value of the Gift Card.
Why is my Gift Card not being accepted?
If your Gift Card is not being accepted at checkout, please check your balance and expiry date and try again. If you are still having issues, please get in touch with our Customer Care team.
How do I check my Gift Card balance?
You can check your Gift Card balance online here. You can also ask a member of our friendly in store team or by calling Customer Care.
Will my Gift Card expire?
Yes, your Gift Card has an expiry date of 2 years in the UK and 5 years in Ireland, from the date of purchase.
What happens if I have lost my Gift Card?
If you accidentally delete your Gift Card email, please check if it's in your trash folder. If it is permanently lost, either the person who purchased the Gift card or the recipient can contact our Customer Care team and they will track down the details for you.
If you purchased a Gift Card in store we will not be able to offer a refund on any lost cards as these cannot be tracked.
Can I exchange my Gift Card for cash?
No, you can't exchange your Gift Card for a cash equivalent.
